How can I make a monopod video stabilizer? like the?

Mono-pods are more so made for quick, short shots, not movement shots. They are meant to be like tripods, but without the setup.
If you still want to make a mono pod, you will need some tools and supplies (obviously). For parts you will need a large bolt that is the same size as the camcorder attachment on the bottom of your camcorder (the little hole to screw into), and a dowel that is about the height you want to tape at. An optional part is a weight from a weight set, to way down the bottom. You will also need a grinder to grind the head of the bolt off. Drill a hole into the middle of the end of the thick dowel (a little bigger than a $.25 piece should do) that is about 1/16″ smaller than the size of the bolt. Using a pliers, screw the headless bolt into the dowel, then screw it onto the bottom of your camcorder. This should work as a monopod.
