Canon Pixma MG8120
To have a photo lab in your own home, that is what the Canon Pixma MG8120 is promising to offer. This is an all-in-one inkjet printer that can be connected to your computer via a USB, an Ethernet cable, or a wireless connection.
The MG8120 takes its attention and focuses it on the printing of photos. This printer can print from a variety of sources such memory cards, cameras, USB media, and either negative or positive film strips. This printer can even print your chosen frame from a high-definition movie clip.
This printer also takes wireless to a new level. Not only does it have the ability to connect to your computer via a wireless connection, it’s also programmed to connect with Apple devices such as the iPhone and the iPod touch. It can also connect with Android TM devices.
The printer also has an Auto-Duplex printing option. This feature allows you to save on paper by printing on both sides of one sheet. This is Canon’s way of inviting their customers to go green. Another unique feature of this product is its six-ink system. This feature gives you the ability to change only the cartridge that is empty. Hence it saves you money and helps you get more prints out of your ink.
The Good
Users of the Canon Pixma MG8120 agree that this printer has excellent print quality. The fact that it focuses on photos shows on all of its prints. This is supported by the post of a professional reviewer who commented positively on the clarity of the photos and the accuracy of the color.
Another user noted that he tried printing the same photo on both high-quality and low- quality paper. The result was, they both looked the same and that the picture quality really had no noticeable difference.
Users also liked the two-way feeder, which means that the printer can hold up to 300 individual sheets of paper (150 each feeder). A user commented that this saved her time because she didn’t have to keep going back to fill the printer with paper.
Another feature that users loved about this printer is the 3.5 inch LCD found on the printer itself. This feature helps users view their files before they get printed.
The Bad
