Dell Laptop Buyer’s Guide: Inspiron R vs XPS vs Alienware
If Dell is the brand of your choice, faces many decisions to make. The latest model from Dell Inspiron notebook line is the new R, which offers a selection of Intel Core i5 and i3 inches, 15 and 17 inch screens, brushed metal finish in a variety of colors.
Bang for buck: Inspiron R vs Studio XPS vs Alienware
Worth stack the line against the new models. We take the basic price of the premium 15″ Inspiron R – at the time of writing $ 1,499 from the Dell website – and applied it to other great Dell notebook lines to see what this kind of money can buy.
We compared the reference specifications of the models Dell Inspiron XPS R contras as the study of the company and Alienware lines. While each claims to serve a different market niche at the end of the day all laptops are Windows. What are the differences do not choose another line to realize the same price level?

The Dell Inspiron R
Dell is touting the new Inspiron range of laptops R (and we quote here, so forgive the marketing-speak) is the ideal choice for those who want to alleviate your personal files and securely share photos and video wirelessly. It’s ideal for mobile entertainment center staff, which offers smooth video playback, surround sound and integrated webcam.”
In essence, the same price as its brother, the R Inspiron with an Intel Core i5, which is not exclusive, but should be quite adequate for most processing tasks. The same is true of the 1GB ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5470 and 5400 rpm 640 GB hard drive.
One surprising thing we found with the Inspiron line R was that at the time of writing, we were unable to specify the way a lot of optional components. Dell currently offers only one processor, memory and display the selection in this line, to Those Who Want Such a system, but with a little tweaking May want to look elsewhere.
Conclusion
However, at current prices, there is a fair bit like the A Inspiron 15 ” against XPS lines and M11x. It has a larger screen than the M11x, a more powerful processor, which offers online and more memory to start. At this price, giving it a very attractive
