What retail store can I buy a Visa pre-paid gift card from?
I want to buy a visa gift card for online purchases, but I don’t know of any retail stores to get one from. I would prefer if at all possible to not use a bank.
I purchased one from a grocery store (supermarket) just this weekend. They are available in lots of places, Supermarkets, Walmart, etc.
