Classic Instax
Instant cam. Help please!?
Im going to buy an instant camera, and im between the polaroid 300 (http://store.polaroid.com/category/0/354633/Classic_Instant) or the fuji instax (http://shop.lomography.com/cameras/instant-cameras)
Are they the same? Why? Or they are different? Which one is the best? If I decide to buy the Fuji wich one should I buy?
… And is ok to buy an instant cam? the photos will not dissapear? I mean, someone told me that the photos turn into black in some time is that true?
Which one is the best? Should I buy the polaroid or the Fuji?
The Polaroid is practically identical to the Fuji Instax 7S. The Fuji Instax Mini 25 is a smaller and much better camera. It is what I use and enjoy it for what it is. The Mini 25 uses the same film as the Polaroid 300 and Fuji 7S but is a smaller camera with more features.
The main thing you need to do is get OFF that rip off Lomography site. You can get the exact same camera, (the Fuji Instax Mini 25), for FORTY dollars LESS than the money they try to rob from you at Lomography. There is NOTHING special about the Lomography site. They are selling the same cameras you can get elsewhere for much less cost.

I have never heard of such a thing as the photos “turning into black”. Frankly, I consider that nonsense. You do, of course, need to keep the photos stored out of sunlight, but that is true of ANY photo to prevent fading and damage.
