Best Digital Camera Under 200

Best Camera for me! Please help!?

I recently bought the L100. Its a decent camera but im wondering if theres any other camera that fits my crudencials bceause some pics are blurrry.

-theres various premade settings (or scenes) for: fireworks, cuisine, portraits, landscapes, landscapes and portraits, nightscene, night and portrait, sport, indoor, candle, selfportrait, available light, sunset, behind glass, documents, beach&snow, underwater snapshot, underwater wide 1 & 2, underwater macro —-
and theres more sweet stuff still
-video mode as well.
