Genuine Battery
I have an LG Chocolate Touch and it’s displaying a message “use genuine battery”?
I dropped my phone today and the battery came out and now it keeps displaying “use genuine battery-POWER OFF”.
I’ve tried putting the battery in the freezer and rubbing the connectors with nail polish remover and leaving it out for an hour and nothing is working. There isn’t any water damage!
Anything I can do?
Biggest suggestion is to WHENEVER a problem occurs, it is best to take it directly to verizon. They will be more than happy to take a closer look and determine if its under Verizons replacement guarantee, they will replace and back up everything onto your new phone, free of charge, if not, you basically screwed.
