What lens can I use to improve this photo?
How can I improve this photo of a Swarovski figurine?

I’m using a Canon T2i with the 18-55mm kit lens. What lens would work best with this type of crystal? Would a macro lens work best? I would preferably buy a cheaper after market lens if the quality is not affected drastically. thanks
Then lens you are using is perfectly fine. A lens will not improve it.
Crystal is very difficult to photograph. Consider getting more lights and mirrors to shape the light around the crystal. That will be the best thing to make it a better picture.
If you are still adamant about getting a new lens, consider the 100mm macro lens.
