Mini projector – A small thing can make big things happen
When the projector was invented, people were so amazed by the wonders of this gadget. Because of this, more and more silent movies and shows were produced for viewers around the world. It wasn’t long enough when people started using these big bulky projectors for office presentations, later on the schools have also caught the fever and started using projectors for lectures and film showings. Today, people have been using projectors for whatever viewing purposes they may have. Projectors, which are known to be bulky and a bit heavy cannot be taken anywhere without breaking a sweat, so developers have created something in which the size ranges from as big as a shoe box to as small as a tape recorder. This is called the mini projector.
The mini projector has been proven to do the job of a normal projector without straining the muscles too much from carrying the bulky type from one room to another or wheeling it from one conference room to another. The mini projector has turned out to be such a powerful and effective presentation and film/TV viewing gadget, because it’s portable, light and durable.
However, buying one is not as easy as going to an audio-video supply or electronic store and asking for any type or brand of mini projector there. Interestingly, the kinds of mini projectors depend on the sizes, brand and design. It’s important to read reviews about each brand that offers these devices. Single plug mini projectors have one 19 pin connector that can be connected to a person’s desktop or laptop. There are some mini projectors that have the regular RCA cables to attach to the computer.
Determine the purpose of using a mini projector to also know what kind to buy. If the mini projector will be used for office presentations, the larger type mini projector is a great choice. Ironic as it may seem, this size can also project presentations on a much wider surface. If it’s just for home use, there are smaller versions available as well. If the purpose is for travel, there are mini projectors that can fit easily in small bag or even inside the pocket.
Check out the features that are included in the mini projector. It may have wireless internet access and an expandable memory. Mini projectors can have a capacity of 4 GB up to 36 GB for storage, this means that users can upload and view more videos, movies and presentations without worrying about losing data or not having enough space in the computer.
Lastly, compare prices; even though it’s the features that can get a person to decide on the product, the price is also important. One can get a mini projector for the same price but with more features compared to the other. So a prospected buyer should keep his options open and decide on which gives a better deal.
The mini projector is indeed a great alternative to regular TV, cinema or presentation viewing, not only because of its rustic and traditional effects that make anyone feel like watching a film from the 40′s and 50′s but it’s also a proof how intelligent and innovative man is. Again, man has triumphantly produced a small device that is not only affordable but can deliver big results.
