How do I speed up parts of my videos with windows live movie maker?
My video is about 2 minutes too long and instead of cutting parts out I just want to speed up a couple parts to meet the time limit. Can any one tell me if windows has this option and how to do it. I don’t have another video editor and I need to do this.
