Like 3G data cards and bsnl data card are also good options. The speed of data card is totally depending on the distance from the BSNL CDMA tower. If you reside near the tower place than you may get speed of 120 kbps, if you are away from the tower it will go down to 80 or 60 kbps. BSNL data card is specially meant for usage in laptop only. If we see the PCI-To-PCMCIA adapters should work on for PC but there is no guarantee in that case. Neither Hawaii (data card manufacturer) nor BSNL recommend the data card to be used in PC. It is better not to try the BSNL data card in PC.
The airtel hd is the most popular system and reliable one too. The best part of airtel HD is its picture quality and resolution which is up to 1920 x 1080 it is five times better than a standard DH.
