want to do a special photo disc on my computer putting photos in glasses, in gardens et. is there a free progr?

If you want to create a moving slideshow, then you could use Windows Movie Maker. You could even add effects and put a backing track on.
It should have came pre-installed on your Windows PC. If it did, it will be located in the start menu here (if you have Vista, you could search for it instead):
Start > All Programs > “Windows Movie Maker”
If you don’t have it, you can download a free copy here (choose for your OS):

Windows Movie Maker would be great for making a slideshow with raw, unedited images. But if you would like to edit the images before even adding them to the slideshow, then I would suggest that you use GIMP. If you have a look on YouTube, you can find many GIMP tutorials to help you make some great images and effects.
