Is this a good camera 4 a 12 yr old grl? Is it good with falls and stuff like that; etc.??!?
No camera is good with falls or liquids, although Olympus makes one that is waterproof and will survive falls up to 5 feet. What is more important is for you to learn to take care of the camera right from the start. I have had cameras since I was 11 years old, and have never dropped one yet. You must use a wrist strap at all times, or a neck strap, and get a small case to keep the camera in when you aren’t using it. If you take care of your camera, it will last you a long time. Keep it away from liquids, and other food items. Good luck and have fun taking pictures!
