Successful Mac Release Leads Mikogo to Preview Further Features
Mannheim, GERMANY March 24, 2009 – Following the successful release of its debut Mac software version less than two weeks ago, Mikogo is wasting no time announcing that greater cross-platform capability is already on its way. Mikogo has announced that a remote control feature is to be included in its next soon-to-be-released Mac Beta version, providing a combined remote support and online meeting tool at no cost.
While some competitor products may boast screen sharing for meetings and other’s for remote support, they will struggle to match Mikogo’s offer. The next version of the Mikogo Mac version will bring the best of both world’s together branding Mikogo as a cross-platform software application that is armed to the teeth with valuable features, and available at no cost for commercial and private use.
By employing the new Mikogo Mac Beta version, both Mac and PC users will be able to organize screen sharing sessions for the purposes of online meetings, Web presentations, Web demos, e-learning, and importantly, remote support.
“With the new Mac version, businesses have a tool that enables their sales department to conduct product demos, while their service department can support clients remotely, regardless of whether the involved parties are on a Mac or PC computer,” explains Mark Zondler, Co-Founder of Mikogo.
The talk of such a complete cross-platform desktop sharing solution, comes shortly after the successful release of the Mikogo Mac Beta version on the 11th March 2009.
