1. You need a microSD card. So no you cannot use the card in the pic.

#2. Depends on the model but here are the supported audio formats for a Curve 8330:

.3gp, MP3, WMA9 (.wma/.asf), WMA9 Pro / WMA 10, MIDI, AMR-NB, Professional AAC/AAC+/eAAC+

#3. To completely wipe the phone select Options icon – Security Options – General Settings

Press the menu key and select Wipe Handheld.

This will reset the phone to factory default settings and all data and 3rd party apps will be deleted.

If you don’t want to wipe the device you will have to delete contacts one by one.
