Could the temperature sensor make a relay wire get hot?
My fans weren’t working when I cut the a/c on causing my car (94 fleetwood) to get a lil hot but not overheat only when idling.I changed the relay and the fans started working again but I noticed one of the wires going to the relay was gettin real hot what could make this happen?
Higher than normal amp draw is what causes wires to get hot.
Nothing else.
Maybe your fans are old and drawing too much power?
