what is the brightest fluorescent screw in bulb (standard base)I’d like something to read by .?
Our 3ways just don’t last long. I hope to find bulbs that compare to 200-300w incandescent power.
3 ways won’t last long because the filament is for 120 v. if you can find one that is 125-130 v or just 130v, the filament is stronger and will last longer.
You might want to consider getting a lamp with a dimmer switch and put a 100 or 150 w bulb in.
I think the highest wattage I’ve seen is 23 w CF, which is around 92 W incandescent.
