Toshiba Projector
i have a 65”toshiba projector screen tv the picture turned green why?and how do i fix it?
its an HDPi,i have Road Runner Cable HD service,i can see the picture but the people and letters are greenish? thanks for thee answers!!
Thanks again,the model number 65hc15 ive tried the plugs its not working still green,its happened before and went back to normal by itself ,the ps2 i play dvds off of also has a green picture, so im thinking its the tv and not the cable? confused!!!!
Are you using a component cable, HDMI cable, Coax cable? Where is the picture coming from.
It sounds like you are using a component cable (RGB red, green, blue) If you are sounds like the red and blue cable are loose and you are only getting the green signal. Turn the tv off and check the connections. If you are using HDMI possible bad cable. If you are using cable of any other kind check a diff connection type

EDIT: If you are using HDMI try plugging in a dvd player or another device to see if your tv is bad or the set top box. If the tv is fine it is either your set top box or the cable. Unplug and plug in your cable. Turn both the tv and the box off then back on. If that doesn’t fix it either bad box or bad cable. Try a diff cable if you have one. If another cable yeilds the same result.
It is either the port on the tv but proably a bad box. Call your cable company to replace it.
