I boguht an mp3 player from BestBuy w/ extended warrenty? how do i use the warrenty?
I bought it in Dec 2006 (hasnt been a year yet/ still undr manufact. warr)…will they still accept it? Im pretty sure it can be taken care of in-store. The thing is I want to get a gift card as my money back….or get it replaces with a different mp3 player…with different brand. and get an ext. warrenty for that one too, just in case that breaks i can take it back too
anybody have done this? is this going to work? how do i use it?

heck you want a lot of things back eh.. well my local best buy is real friendly with this kind of stuff but why do you want to reutrn your current mp3? they’ll only replace it if it goes under the warranty guidlines ( defect, etc ) but if your current mp3 is broken from normal wear or your own fault, they won’t do it no matter what you do. also, because it’s a warranty under the mp3 you bought, im sure you can only get the same mp3 not a gift card or another brand. not real sure about that one though. good luck though
