What is wrong with the viewfinder on my camera?
I have a Leica V-LUX 1 camera, and I got it two days ago. When I turned it on this morning and went to go look through the viewfinder to take a picture, it comes out blurry. Even when I view it through the viewfinder after, it is still blurry. But when I open the LCD monitor to look at what I’m taking a picture of, it is clear, and the resulting picture is clear.
I have already tried cleaning the viewfinder, and that doesn’t seem to be the problem. please help!
You may have moved diopter adjustment dial (just to the left of your viewfinder), it happens a lot. This little gizmo was invented for us old folk who need help seeing.
Set your camera up to use the viewfinder, then look through it and rotate the dial back and forth until it all becomes clear.
