What is a good wrestling takedown that works all the time and is hard to defend?
I need a good one. Im not much of the type of wrestler to shoot a lot. Im more of a ground wrestler, but i need help on this topic. So what works good and is hard to defend? Serious answers only please. I do freestyle wrestling, and i wrestle at 140, im pretty strong, and in good shape.
One of the best takedowns ever created is a low level single leg if you a little weight guy shoot a low level sinle leg with your head inside and if your a small and or big guy shoot the low level single leg with your head outside and then change to a double be sure to take your hips with you on either low level shot and keep your head up
you got him where you want but remember a person who is in a good stance is HARD to take down, get them out of a good stance and it is much easier especially if you ALWAYS stay in a good stance while creating motion while in attack mode you will succeed. Be sure to practice this in pratice and practice it 500 times or more
